Excel Game Card Templates

You can download the following two Excel spreadsheet templates to use with UAR to print your game cards: GameCardTall.xlt and GameCardShort.xlt.  The tall version is for the OSI game book that has the pencil holder.  The short version should work for all others.  These game card templates will allow you to copy a row from your schedule on UAR and paste it into a spreadsheet row.  There is a “Print Game Card” button that will copy the data from the input screen to the game card screen and print the game card to the default printer.  You can do 2 game cards on each sheet.  In order to use these templates, you must enable the macros.  I recommend that when you download these templates you first open them with the macros disabled.  Then use Save As on the file menu to save them to the appropriate template directory for your version of Excel.  Save them as templates not workbooks.  Once you have saved them into your templates folder, they will be accessible when you click on new office document or file new from the Excel menu.  When using them as templates you will need to enable macros.  The sheets are protected, but there isn’t any password.  So, you can unprotect them if you wish to add your own customizations or view the macros.
