Payment Instructions
Print your weekend schedule before you leave your home. Put it in your referee/soccer bag, so you know where you need to be. BE ON TIME. You must check in your teams on each game you referee.
Each referee should have a few blank 4 part white game voucher forms on them at all times.
Referees must receive a game voucher from the center referee for each game refereed. The form is filled out by the center, and is distributed to you by the center referee after your game. Do leave until this is filled out.
Center referees: Print clearly and firmly on the White Game vouchers. Fill this form out completely and do it correctly. Any wrong information is wrong on all four forms. Center turns in white game vouchers in the Red PSRA boxes at Harvest Park and Sports Park Field 8. Val Vista is in a Red plastic box.
All referees: your Referee ID is located on UAR when you Log in
Referees it is your responsibility to have the proper information on your game vouchers. Bring your schedule with you and verify your information voucher.
Pay summaries are located on the PSRA website.
1. Put all your game vouchers in sequential order, (UAR game ID order). Make sure your information is correct on your game vouchers.
2. Month then Day
3. Fields, AQ, SP V V PUB, Don-then the field number of the field or direction, (N or S)
4. Div: 1, 3, and 4.
5. Gender B / G = Put and X in the proper box
6. Age 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc DO not put U in the age box
7. Position= Center or AR, place an X in the proper box
8. Payment= $Dollar amount for each game. Check Payment Schedule

All Nor Cal State Cup games are put on a separate game summary report.
Any overpayments, duplicated payments will be taken back the next time you’re paid or the end of the year. Underpayments and Solo match’s payments will be sent at the end of the year in December..
