Referees need to be registered with Ultimate-AR in order to request BUSC and RAGE games. Your requests are sent to the Assignors for that field. Tournaments and spring league matches are also assigned through Ultimate-AR.

Match cancellations are to be sent to the Assignor for that match at least 72 hours prior to the day of the game.

Basic Instructions for Using Ultimate-AR:

1. Register yourself - if you are already registered with PSRA, this will be easy. If you live outside of Pleasanton, and have not already registered with PSRA, you will need to register online and then be validated by PSRA officials before you can be assigned.
2. Once you have register, log in
3. Click on Schedule to view matches available for assignment. Use the pull down options to narrow the focus of your search
4. Click on a specific match assignment you would like to officiate (Center, AR-1, AR-2)
5. PSRA assignors will assess your request and make a decision on it
6. You will be sent an email with the assignment confirmation or rejection

Obviously, there is much more to the assigning process, but the exciting thing is, you can start getting assignments online now. Note, Microsoft Internet Explorer is recommended for Ultimate-AR.
