Referees, you must be aware of the differences in procedures and rules for Division 1 and Division 3 level games, including Division 4 (recreational).
Part of being a professional is knowing the details about your game, including game lengths, send-off procedures, substitutions and the like. Take a look at these links for game day procedures you'll need before you go out to the field. Send one of us a note if you have further questions.  Make sure you know what to do if there is a Red card before your game, not after!

NOTE: Despite what is published below, all games regardless of age level will have a three referee crew. The USSF and PSRA do not recognize single or dual referee systems; NOT IN PLEASANTON!

NOTE: The center referee is required to supply the player or coach ID number that is found on the pass (not the game card!!!). Collect this information for your game report BEFORE the passes are returned to the team at the end of the game.  NorCal does not allow the referee to retain passes for anything including a send off!

HELPFUL TIP: Consider taking a photo of the coach/player pass with your smart phone so you can accurately fill out the send off report later
