Mentors

PSRA encourages its officials to sign up for a mentoring opportunity. Mentoring can take many forms, but the simplest form of mentoring is to have an experienced referee observe you officiate a game and then give you feedback on your performance. The first step is to send an e-mail to pleasantonsoccer@sbcglobal.net or contact a PSRA board member. PSRA’s mentor referees will contact you and work out a program to help you become a better referee.
